Job Description: Technical Project Apprentice

Position Locations: Minnesota, MN or Washington D.C.

Description of Duties:

• Computer programming development and support
• Codes, tests and documents programs as well as assists with systems analysis and design
• Define specifications and programming process for specific projects
• Support Client Implementations and Support calls from a technical perspective
• Planning, Analysis, and Design of Applications and Infrastructure

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail with accuracy
• Effective organizational and Strong communication skills
• Experience with database management systems, scripting languages and web application programming - Java programming a plus
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interest in working hands-on with the technology and learning
• Bachelor’s degree - Experience working in a team or class environment with complex IT projects
• Work authorization in the US required

Customer Service Skills:

• Strong dedication to quality customer service and a knowledge of service support and delivery procedures
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers, peers, and management
