Job Description: Senior Consultant

Position Locations: San Francisco, CA or Southern CA

The Senior Consultant will perform critical design and systems implementation activities in the areas of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing across multiple client engagements.

Description of Duties:

• Working extensively with clients to understand their needs and processes, delivering tactical and strategic solutions to add value to their processes through business intelligence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 to 8 years of comprehensive technical experience in the fields of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing - The right individual for this role will demonstrate a mastery and love of the technology.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience with Ab Initio, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, IBM (Ascential) Datastage or MicroStrategy.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies such as IBM DB2 UDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or Teradata.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Work authorization in the US required

Customer Service Skills:

• Strong dedication to quality customer service and a knowledge of service support and delivery procedures
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers, peers, and management
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
